Danville Show Ticket Refund Information

November 20th, 2015 by Dirk Yahraes

Tickets Purchased Online through Eventbrite: We have reached out to everyone who purchased their tickets online through Eventbrite. If you are still awaiting our instructions, please check the email account you used to purchase your tickets. That email will explain your refund/exchange options. Please do not contact the Danville School District regarding refunds of online tickets since they were not part of the online sales process.

Tickets Purchased In-Person, In-Advance from the School or Local Seller: If you purchased your tickets in-person from the Danville school district or one of its students or local point-of-sales locations, please contact that seller directly regarding your refund. The tickets you purchased are your receipts for the sale and you will need to exchange them for your refund. Since the sales of these tickets were administered by the school, they hold all the funds related to the advanced, in-person ticket sales. Similarly, because the Danville School District was only selling tickets for their show, they are not able to transfer your tickets to another show venue. If you have any questions regarding the refund of these tickets, please contact Ruth Hosterman of the Danville School District at (570) 271-3268, extension 3414. If, for some reason, the school district is unable to satisfy your refund, please email us using the contact form at the following link and we will try to resolve the matter:

If you are considering attending another show, and we hope you are, please visit for our current tour schedule.

We apologize for any inconveniences and we appreciate the kind words of support we have received from our fans! Thank you!
